Lalique Falcon Car Mascot
Fine example of the model no. 1124 Faucon mascot
 
Designed in 1925  considered the first designed of the René Lalique radiator caps. Offered here is a fine example in clear glass exhibiting a nice grey hue and quality.
 
No chips, grinding or restoration. Some mold lines and air bubbles are apparent as part of the production technique of the time.
 
Wheel-cut ‘R. Lalique’ signature as an adjunct to the indistinct molded ‘R. Lalique’ mark. Also wheel-cut ‘France’ to the opposite side and ’No. 1124’ representing the model number, is engraved to the rear of the base.
