The Musée Lalique was lucky to benefit from a loan of a part of John’s collection. From the opening in 2011, he trusted us with a loan of hood ornaments and decorative items. He also lent pieces for specific exhibitions. « Lalique and the Art of Travel » was certainly a major event in this partnership as John had managed to collect almost all the car mascots created by René Lalique. He shared is passion with the visitors and the team of the Musée Lalique. I sincerely thank him for his commitment.
